Before his Master degree in Plastic Arts and Photograph at Paris VIII under the direction of Dominique Baqué, Olivier Moravik studied the Advertising Marketing. He started his career as professional photographer, but at the same time he never give up his interest in contemporary art and the furniture, especially the Scandinavian design and the Bauhaus. In 2012, he founded the contemporary furniture publishing house mjiila ,where he proposes the collections of a range of top-end furniture characterizing with a minimalism esthetics and the associations of substances.

His encounter with Jean-François Roudillon, the founder of Galerie Loft, has enabled him to experiment with concept furniture, shapes and materials at the forefront of contemporary design. Uterus is his first piece of work exhibited at the gallery in 2017, the Titus coffee table his second one.
