In each of them, I seek to materialize singular temporal scales, relying on a slowed-down relationship with and a diluted perception of time\u2014a state I had previously explored through the daily consumption of opium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the high mountains, this perception is heightened: molecular agitation is reduced, plant growth rhythms stretch out, and the air becomes thin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To understand the coexistence of these multiple scales, I conduct sensory and mental investigations and experiments, nourished by the images, stories, and objects that I accumulate day after day.
