Retrospective of Guillaume Piéchaud at Mandet Museum

It all began with a meeting at Galerie Loft in 1994, which sparked a great friendship and led to Guillaume Piéchaud’s first solo exhibition in 1996—the start of a collaboration that has lasted nearly 30 years! Today, we are proud to announce a major retrospective of his work at the Mandet Museum in Riom from June 5th, 2025 to March 1st, 2026.

A unique immersion into the world of the “furniture goldsmith.”
In this prestigious setting, the artist reveals his journey through a path that blends design, craftsmanship, and contemporary art. Monumental furniture, metalworking techniques, glass and stone artistry—each room highlights the exceptional skills behind his creations. Visitors will also encounter his pieces integrated into the museum’s permanent collections, with the opportunity to sit on some of them, for a tactile, intimate experience of the materials.
