The exhibition “El Lugar desde donne hay que ver (the place from which to see)” brings together the works of Eduardo Chillida and Marino di Teana, two major figures of 20th-century abstract sculpture. Both artists, initially trained in architecture and construction, developed an innovative approach to sculpture from the early 1950s, with a strong focus on space, site, and viewpoint.

Through a selection of Chillida’s prints and Di Teana’s sculpture, the exhibition reveals a shared visual language combining architectural abstraction with symbolic depth. Their works explore tensions between mass and void, movement and stillness, balance and light, offering a reflection that is both rooted in the post-war spirit of reconstruction and profoundly timeless.

Exhibition on view from April 16 to May 16, 2026
