To celebrate the month of photography in Paris, Galerie LOFT presents its new exhibition: “Voyages dans le temps (Time Travel)”. This collective attachment propels us into the heart of poetic and fantasized universes of young contemporary photographers who explore the question of our relationship with time. Nostalgia, memory, traces, predictions ... from dream to ephemeral, we are transported through the meanders of the past and then into the fragile reality of the present before taking off towards a future to be built.

Artists
Chen Man
Vogue, Elle, Bazaar, Marie-Claire, Cosmopolitan, Officiel, Esquire, Madame Figaro China… none could do without her and her instantly recognizable photos. Chen Man has also produced advertising campaigns in China for Lancôme, Motorola, Adidas, Nike, Max Factor and L'Oréal. Through her unique aesthetic, she now explores contemporary themes, always inspired by traditional elements of China, which allow her to decipher today's society from the inside.
Qiu Zhijie
Qiu Zhijie is born in Fujian Province in China in 1969. In 1992 he graduated from The National Academy Of Fine Art and he works in the printmaking department. But now he lives in Beijing as a full-time artist. As well as an art critic and curator.
Wang Qingsong
Wang Qingsong is born in Hubei Province, China. He graduated from the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts, Chengdu, Sichuan.

"After making different types of photos, I realized that there is nothing that makes me happier than to photograph places abandoned. Is it by misanthropy or just for the simple fact of seeing the power of Nature and life that takes over, I cannot say. As soon as I am in these places, I feel good, calm. I feel as if time has stopped, as if we had taken a remote control and pressed the stop button, as if we had entered a bubble that exists only for ourselves. There is a sort of serenity, the sound of birds... It’s like being transported to another dimension, and that’s what I’m trying to show with my pictures.”
