FIGURE CADAC
Parvine Curie's work has always been strongly influenced by architecture and the many trips she made throughout her life. Her love for Spain, and more specifically Catalonia, has marked her personal history as much as her artistic journey and has been preponderant in the realization of major works by the artist.
This Cadac figure, a proud and elegant totem, symbolizes the predominant place that the small village of Cadaques, where she lived for a long time, still holds in the artist's heart.
This work is presented in the personal exhibition of Parvine Curie at the museum of Troyes.
